Christmas wreath is always using decoration for the Christmas day for person to dress up the festive atmosphere. It’s main combine part is colorful Christmas balls and other kinds of little decorations use an round iron ring. Either hanging in home, super market, or shop, Christmas wreath both can be used. It make step isn’t so complex. You can follow me make it by yourself one stage by one stage, We can make it beautiful and fixed, and Christmas wreath also fit production bulk order by our factory. The whole stage has six steps: prepare materials, make iron frame ring, stick Christmas balls, adding small decorations, checking quality, package to stock, every stage should making with heart, other wise that the Christmas wreath final effect looks not beautiful and not firm for use.

1. Prepare all the needed materials

Before the handmade production, we need to prepare all the needed materials, select the best ones, promise no bad decorations, main important that need a iron wire with rust prevention function or a finished iron frame ring. In different sizes plastic Christmas balls small and big ones, hot melt glue gun, fine wire, ribbon, bow, small bell, artificial pine leaves, small led lights etc.

2. Make the iron frame ring done well

The iron frame is the central area of Christmas wreath, it relations the wreath perfect shape, if don’t well make it, when hanging the wreath it may be variant, not firm and looks not so good.

• Bend the wire into a perfect circle and weld the joints firmly with spot welding, so that the frame will not fall apart or variant.
• Smooth out the solder joints at the interface, other wise it may prick the hand. Then spry one layer of anti rust paint so that it can not be easy to get rusty.
• Wrap the entire shelf with green floral tape or velvet cloth, which can cover the color of the metal, look more beautiful, and make the Christmas balls stick more firmly at thenext stage.
• Reinforce the hanging rope: Leave a place to hang the rope at the top of the shelf, wrap it tightly with two strands of thin wire, so that it won’t break when hung up and make it safer.

By the way the finished iron frame ring should be smoothly, not rusty, so that we can comes to the next step.

3. Stick the Christmas balls,put in fit position

This step is the most important step, it main decision is whether the Christmas ball ring is beautiful or not.

• First fix the ball point: The larger balls put first,then the smaller balls fill in the gaps, mark the shelf with a marker pen on to ensure that the distance between each ball is the same.
• Stick the ball to fixed, using hot glue gun,Squeeze a small amount of glue onto the top and sides of the Christmas ball, stick quickly at the before mark position, press about ten seconds, wait the glue dry,Then the ball be fixed on the frame.
• Stick as layered pasted, first the outer side big balls,then the middle balls, last stick the left smaller balls in the gap, to make sure those frame metal part will not be exposed, and the balls also can not shake.
• Match the balls’ color, stick as your favourite colors, Normally red and gold, red and green, white and gold, to make sure the wreath are in the same color, that would makes the Christmas balls looks amazing.

4. Adding small decorations to makes the whole wreath looks more beautiful

When the balls be fixed, add small items, would makes the Christmas wreath be much more atmosphere for the festival, and looks more layered.

• Add small items, such as artificial pine leaves, pine cone, small bells, snowflake, put them evenly stick on the frame, make sure them no covering Christmas balls.
• Add led light (can choose by yourself), if you need with lights, you can wrap the LED light string along the inside of the shelf, hide the battery box in the gap of the Christmas ball, and try turning on the switch to ensure that each light is on.
• Add the top decorations, stick a large bow at the top of the shelf where the rope hangs, which can cover the inter face and make the entire ball ring look more exquisite.
• Overall adjustment: Look at which ball is crooked and straighten it out. If there is excess glue, clean it up to ensure that the entire surface of the ball ring is clean and tidy.

5. Checking the quality, strengthening weak part

The finished Christmas ball wreath should be checked one by one, make sure there are no problem so that we can use assured.

• Check the firmness: Gently pull each Christmas ball and small decoration with your hand to see if they fall off or shake.
• Check the appearance: Check if there is excess glue,Is there any scratch on the ball, are the color the same, is the metal part of the frame exposed.
• If added the lights, please turn on the lights once more again to make sure the button is good, and the lights are all on working. Pull the rope to ensure it won’t break.
• Twice reinforcement: If any weak stick is found, reinforce the weak area and avoid future problems.

If it passes the inspection, it can be cleaned; If it is not qualified, replace the bad parts and redo it.

6.Clean,pack, and store for use

• Cleaning and dust removal: Use a soft cloth to wipe off the dust on the surface of the ball ring, remove excess glue stains and fingerprints, and make it look clean.
• Protective packaging: Each Christmas ball is pasted with a layer of protective film, the whole shelf is covered with bubble bags, and then placed in a paper box. The box is stuffed with foam to prevent the ball from being crushed, collided and broken when taking it.
• Put it in the storage room for later use

From making frames to sticking balls, to adding decorations, inspecting, and packaging, every step needs to be done properly.
